PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

The Agreement on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to all information that SiteAndApps OÜ may receive about the User during his use of any of the sites, services, services, programs, products or services of SiteAndApps OÜ and during the execution of SiteAndApps OÜ of any agreements and contracts with the User.

The use of the Services of SiteAndApps OÜ means the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Services.

Personal information of Users processed by SiteAndApps OÜ

1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, "User's personal information" means:

The information required for the provision of Services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his discretion.

1.1.3. Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for by the terms of use of individual Services of SiteAndApps OÜ.

1.2. This Agreement applies only to information processed during the use of the Services of SiteAndApps OÜ. SiteAndApps OÜ does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party sites to which the User can click on links available on SiteAndApps OÜ's sites, including in search results.

1.3. SiteAndApps OÜ does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and is unable to assess his legal capacity. However, SiteAndApps OÜ assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

2. Purposes of processing Users' personal information

2.1. SiteAndApps OÜ collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for the provision of Services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except in cases where the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.

2.2. SiteAndApps OÜ processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of the party within the framework of Services, agreements and contracts with SiteAndApps OÜ;

2.2.2. Provision of personalized Services to the User and execution of agreements and contracts;

2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests and requests from the User;

2.2.4. Improving the quality of Services, the convenience of their use, the development of new Services;

2.2.5. Conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.

3. Conditions for processing Users' personal information and its transfer to third parties

3.1. SiteAndApps OÜ stores personal information of Users in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.

3.2. In relation to the User's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain Services, the User agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.

3.3. SiteAndApps OÜ has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1. The User has agreed to such actions;

3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain Service or to fulfill a certain agreement or agreement with the User;

3.3.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law;

3.3.4. Such transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by him;

3.3.5. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of SiteAndApps OÜ or third parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement of SiteAndApps OÜ services, this Policy, or documents containing the terms of use of specific Services.

3.3.6. As a result of processing the User's personal information by depersonalizing it, depersonalized statistical data is obtained, which are transferred to a third party for conducting research, performing work or providing services on behalf of SiteAndApps OÜ.

3.4. When processing personal data of Users, SiteAndApps OÜ is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".

4. Modification and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data storage

4.1. The User can change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or part of it at any time by using the personal data editing function in the personal section of the corresponding Service.

4.2. The User can also delete the personal information provided to them within a certain account by using the "Delete Account" function.

4.3. The rights provided for in clauses 4.1 and 4.2 of this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. In particular, such restrictions may provide for the obligation of SiteAndApps OÜ to save information modified or deleted by the User for a period established by law and transfer such information in accordance with a legally established procedure to a state body.

5. Processing of personal information using cookies and counters

5.1. SiteAndApps OÜ has the right to establish that the provision of a certain Service is possible only on condition that the acceptance and receipt of cookies are authorized by the User.

6. Measures applied to protect the User's personal information

6.1. SiteAndApps OÜ takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with it by third parties.

7. Changing the Privacy Policy. Applicable law

7.1. SiteAndApps OÜ has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

7.2. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and the relations between the User and SiteAndApps OÜ arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
